I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) with over 14 years of experience helping children, adolescents, couples, individuals and families achieve more satisfying interpersonal relationships and work through emotional traumas.

I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology (Marriage, Family & Child Counseling emphasis) from Notre Dame de Namur University.  Notre Dame de Namur's program meets the national standards for the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT).

My Counseling Style
I utilize an integrative, strength-based approach and do not claim to have all of the answers to the problem(s) that you may be experiencing.  I believe the answer resides inside of you and that through the therapy process (guided reflection and analysis), you will arrive at the answer/solution that will work best for you.
